Profile Web- and Mobile Analytics Specialist

Adversitement located in Istanbul (Besiktas) has currently a position open as Web- and Mobile Analytics Analyst. Since this area is new to Turkey, experience in the field of web- and mobile analytics is not necessary. The person should have good analytics skills and be able to translate business questions into data visualization and analyzing data. Together with the client this person will do the implementation, in co-operation with our technical team, of the chosen analytics tool which is JavaScript based. This project requires no 100% technical background however the person should be interested and creative with different technologies. After implementation this person will make dashboards and reports based on Key Performance Indicators of the clients. Visualizing data that is useful for the client and answering all the business questions real time.

Good communicator, problem solving, client friendly, pro-active, good analytical skills, not afraid to work hard, critical towards him or herself and to clients, being able to drive a project, efficient and interested in technologies (web and IT).

Responsibilities:

· Within the project team, together with client, define Key Performance Indicators of the clients and set-up the project document.

· Creating implementation document for clients based on JavaScript. This can be done in co-operation with our technical team.

· Guidance for the clients IT-team before and during implementation

· Creating dashboards and reports that add value for the client

· Advise on data and take action towards clients immediately

· Communicate with offices in The Netherlands to create reports.

· Perform analytics in collaboration with project team, customer, and users.

· Educate and train users on tools.

Education:

Minimum education requirement is a degree in one of these fields: Computer science, Econometrics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Industrial Engineering

Experience:

Work experience (general) minimum of 2 years. Client-side experience in solving problems. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access. Preferably known with JavaScript and web based technologies.

Languages:

Turkish and one other foreign language, preferably English but can also be German, Dutch or French.
